This was the worst haircut I’ve had since I was a kid and cut my hair myself! I tried to explain what I wanted several times and the lady just couldn’t comprehend. She kept trying to make my hair go in the opposite way it grows naturally, so I just gave up and said that’s fine. I was just ready to go at that point and the price for a crappy hair cut is ridiculous. We will not be going back
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! My son usually leaves haircuts unhappy because no one ever seems to get his hair right, but Joanna completely turned that around. She fixed a bad cut from another salon just in time for school to start, and my son had been dreading going back because of how he felt about his hair.
