Been going here for a while but this will be my last visit. I asked for 1" remaining on the top. When the haircut was nearly done, the stylist thought it should be a little shorter, and I agreed, thinking she would gradually shorten the hair using scissors (as was done in my past visits), but instead she took the clipper and just started bluntly shaving off more hair than I'd expected, such that only 5/8" were remaining. Would give negative stars if I could, it doesn’t matter if you are next in line, they’ll take whoever they want and totally skip you, absolutely zero remorse and horrible attitude and customer service!!! If we’re spending 40$+ do better!!
