Checked in early online with a 10 min wait time for my 7 year old son to get his hair cut. Once we arrived, went to the counter to checkin and saw that the wait time went to 60 minutes. That's weird, then 5 minutes later it went to 75 minutes. Watched 3 hair dressers, and I use that term very loosely walk out after finishing a hair cut. With 10 people sitting in the waiting area they just thought it was a good time to leave, this left one hair dresser left for the remaining 10 guest waiting.
