My 9 yo went today. He just needed a little trim and came out with a new shape- completely different and cut way too short. I’m entirely confused. It looks so bad and was not a trim at all. Due to the inconsistencies in quality and attention to detail over the last year, lack of understanding the ask… we’re going to switch to Eclipz down the street (4.9 stars with 60+ reviews). If you care about how you look- maybe it’s a good idea to look elsewhere.
Fast, friendly service and great results
hairdresser didn’t listen very well. MVP shampoo was the opposite of comfortable and hairdresser was very rough with the razor and moving my head. It hurt.
