DO NOT GO TO MICHELE. The assistant manager Michele hacked my head up like a toddler playing with hedge trimmers. Every part was awful. Hair line chopped and jagged, as well as the neck and ear line. Faded only one side of my head, and that was terrible too. I pointed all of this out to her and she told me she saw nothing wrong and it looked great to her.
