I have been coming here for a couple of years and generally, I have had good experience. Easy to book. They keep notes from previous visits., which helps. Stylists do keep changing, so it can be a bit up and down based on who is attending to you in a given day.

I came to return products that name Nioxi scalp+ hair shampoo and spoke to the assistant manager Melissa and the Owner. I was told if the product did not work I could return within the 3 months period. I came in to return the product I was told no I couldn't by the owner. The owner wasnot empathetic and said I need a recording to prove that a staff members said this and hung up in my face. He thought I was lyin. New manager, Tammy, is absolutely terrible. She has a temper, will scream at customers, and berate employees right in front of you. I saw all of this first hand. After complaining to the general manager, I haven't felt safe enough to return to this location and will be getting my hair done somewhere else for the time being. Until that manager is fired it will need to be a 1 star review.
