Absolute trash
I returned to this location because I had a great experience prior. This time it felt like a nightmare. I went it and had Anna whom was very polite. I let her know I have a sensitive scalp. Last time I was here, the person named HA helped me with one of the best haircuts I ever had. Anna attempted to go soft, but in that attempt the technique used was a rough and painful experience.
