Jordan is fantastic... She always does a great job...never a complaint about my experience.
Would be 5 stars if it wasn't for a bad experience I just had with Andrea - she's awful, just bad at her job, and an attitude to boot; a bad haircut can happen, but being rude is inexcusable. Pretty much every other stylist I've had in the 5 years I've been going to this location is stellar, with Jordan being the best.
I show up 5 min before my appointment was supposed to be I picked a barber that was suggested to me by a friend. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes longer than I was supposed to and they tried to have someone else that I didn’t pick cut my hair. I ended up walking out.
