I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically did not want the top of my hair cut, yet the stylist cut it anyway without asking. What bothered me even more was how rushed the entire haircut felt. The stylist seemed more focused on finishing as quickly as possible. This happened on june 3rd at 6:20pm. Black hair stylist.
