Gisela absolutely butchered my husband's hair. So badly so that he had to come home and shave it off!!!!! When he questioned her about messing up the back of his hair for the second time (because she was not giving him the cut he asked for) she stopped the haircut and told him he was being rude. I went in last minute and she got me in immediately, had very exeoptional service service from Lauren. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, at home but she also did a killer job on my skin fade and beard trim! So thank you and stay cool boo much appreciated! I will be back!
