The time on the app never works: says wait time is 65 minutes, then 15 minutes later says you are up. You find a Stylist and then they just take off and don't come back. The cards don't mean anything, each stylists just cuts what she wants to. One Stylist almost cut my ears off. Terrible service.
My boys had a terrific experience at this location. Christina and Stacie took great care of them. We will definitely be back!
My stylist was awesome. She was hilarious, conversation was fun and she did a great job especially considering I had almost no useful direction besides short and professional. 100% will come back to get my hair cut at sport clips again.
I take my 13 year old here for haircuts. He likes the haircuts the stylists give him, which is high praise from a teen. He is quite picky about his hair!
