Shay is great and so is McLean (my barber). I really appreciate that they both kept a calm composure during the stressful situation and fixed it—especially since it was the last hour of the day and there were other customers waiting. The issue started because Shay had to jump in constantly to teach McLean how to cut properly while she was cutting another cuatomer's hair.
