I would not recommend this place at all. (One Loudoun, Ashburn VA) I went there for a haircut for the first time, and from the beginning I didn’t have a good impression. Tahera seemed rushed while I was trying to explain how I usually get my hair cut, and she kept interrupting me saying she understood without letting me finish.
