The hairstylist stylist i go to is amazing!! The check in process is aweful. When you check in online that time should be set in stone. Everyone's time is valuable in today's time. Checking in and it saying be in the store in 20 minute, you arrive in 5 and still have to wait an hour to get a hair cut is unacceptable. Do better @sports clips corporate
