Their checkin system sucks so bad. They really have to do something about it. I don’t really understand why they have an app or a check-in system if they are just going to select subjectively who’s in the store. The queue in the screen means nothing unless you are the only one in there.
I took my son to get a haircut today. We joined the lineup well in advance and were supposed to be next when we got to the store. We got to the store and waited for about 15 minutes. The stylist came and took our name off without saying a word and skipped us. It's not my style to leave negative reviews, but this situation is just too much. I've had multiple bad experiences at this place, but I always gave them another chance. This time, however, was the final straw.
