I took my son to get a haircut today. We joined the lineup well in advance and were supposed to be next when we got to the store. We got to the store and waited for about 15 minutes. The stylist came and took our name off without saying a word and skipped us. It's not my style to leave negative reviews, but this situation is just too much.
