Came to this Ankeny store because Ames had a 3 hour wait time, signed up and was a few minutes late cuz of the drive to find my sign up cancelled. Told to wait another 77 minutes. Horrible system. Go somewhere else. Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars. I went back in after the second wait and it was pleasant. I just really hate the check in system
Very on point in the store. Upscale chairs. Associates were very friendly.
