Scheduled an appointment on the app since it was the only store without an 88 minute wait. Then drove 40 minutes to the store to be told I was taken off the list for not being there fast enough. Then put in manager for a turn while in store and waited another 30 minutes for someone to sign in online and be put ahead of me. They weren't even on the lineup when I checked in at the store.
