Jacey was amazing! Highly recommend. She cut my 11-year-old's hair and was so patient and kind. Amazing!
Wait times are ridiculous if you don’t check in online first. Walked in, waiting room empty, 2 people in the back being helped, and a stylist doing some cleaning. I was informed it would be a 41 minute wait because I didn’t check in online! Absolutely ridiculous that a customer waiting in person is lower priority than people who aren’t in the store, and might not even show up for their “check in”! Especially when a stylist wasn’t even helping someone! Take your business where it’s appreciated.
