The wit time was short and manager was extremely professional and did an excellent job on my hair cut.

I signed up for a haircut on Sunday at 230 pm using the application, which stated that my haircut was at 3 pm. I show up to the location and they tell me that we are no longer accepting clients. I explained that I signed up through the app and the replied that they removed me because they had a corporate meeting at 3pm. I drove 25 minutes to this location and I did not even receive a notification about removal or any changes. What an absolute horrible thing to do to your customers.
