I had very positive experience with my stylist. I felt very comfortable in what I wanted and felt the stylist understood what I needed.
Jamie-Lee gave my husband and son a haircut today and she did absolutely awful!! She did NOT listen to anything that they told her they wanted done and completely butchered my son's hair and barely cut my husband's. Lines are uneven, shaved in spots that should not be shaved, hair was left long where they wanted it cut. She did a horrible job but did good on everyone before them because we only purchased the varsity package. Got the Varsity cut. Absolutely butched mine and my son's hair. I will not be returning to this location. All this after waiting an hour and a half.
