Terrible experience today with store manager of this location. Checked in on the app, but for some reason even after updating the app profile to my son’s name it still shows mine for check in. Added my other son as a guest. Got into the shop to check in and was lectured and given the worst time by the store manager for it being under my name and not my son’s name (my other sons name as the guest was appearing correctly). My son 12 y-o had a haircut here Loved the hair cutandthehead massage and hair wash !! Plus we got a discount for being the first time customer. Jadranka was very helpful and very experienced We will definitely go back !
