Who turns people away a hour before close? This is crazy. Almost always have a great experience but today was awful. Went to the store in Glenview and the doors where locked at 3:50 then drove to this one to get told “we are booked for the day” at 4pm. This is not okay. The answer I got was “we open tomorrow”. Well some of us don’t have time during the week and had to work on the weekends. I just wanted a quick trim.
Zubeda is the best!
Zubeda does an amazing job! She’s a true pro who’s been doing this for a long time, and it definitely shows. Always a great haircut. Highly recommend!
