I’ve been coming here for a while and always book with Maria—she’s amazing and consistently does a great job. This time, since she wasn’t in, I booked “first available.” Unfortunately, the experience was completely different. The stylist I got didn’t greet me, ask any questions, or even try to understand how I wanted my hair done. Shop advertises "Walk Ins" and clueless girl on the phone said, sure, we do walk ins. Arrive and find it's a 120 minute wait based on online reservations. So NO, that isn't offering Walk Ins. That is "Get a Reservation on the App"... but she doesn't know the difference.
Paid $30 to have to much hair cut off when I was very specific about my haircut, and left the shop with hair clippings all over my shirt cause they didn’t clean it up at all
