My 5 year old son received a slanted, choppy version of Lloyd Christmas' (Dumb and Dumber) haircut. This extremely rude girl who told my son to "move to the middle of the chair", and when she didn't say which direction that was and he didn't move, she proceeded to tell him "I can't pick you up and move you because I have bad wrists, so you need to move." Sending kudos to Jessica McGill. I stopped in yesterday & she got me in. I tried using the check-in app, but wasnt able to, so she set me up for future visits. My children & I have known Jess along time & she is an amazing stylist. Thank you Jessica!!
My husband has gone to the CR location a couple times. We were in the area, so we stopped since our child needed a haircut. The staff member that my son went with was rude and very short with us. She hurried through the haircut and left a definite line in his hair, which we went right over to another salon to correct. My husband on the other hand, had a great cut with someone that was super personable. I will not be using this person again.
