Purchased a Steelers wall clock as a Christmas present. Clock didn't keep time at all. Sent an email to customer service that was promptly replied. They asked me for a photo of the clock so they could send it to their provider. It took about 2 days after I sent it that I received a full refund. They stand behind their product so I will be a future customer.
