Spoke to their receptionist and she was very helpful.
I didn't actually get past the reception side of things. First Port of call is receptionist side, that put me off from making an appointment with the dentist. Sorry too say!!! I didn't find her helpful, she came across rude and abrupt. She made out that i probably would pay a bigger gap fee for my extras cover AHM. She told me that i need to contact them too get preferred dentists that deal with ahm. So i did, ahm we're very helpful, they told me i can go to any dentist and that my policy is 60% Cover.
