Horrible place. DO NOT TRUST. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SAFETY. Had my boyfriends mini tires replaced DONT EVER GO HERE. They don't even use a torque wrench to put on the tires they used the compressed air which over force the lugnut. Which is so unsafe. It split the key hole and the threads are totally gone.! Called to have them replace it! And he said that he wasn't going to help at all that they are a WEAR AND TEAR ITEM. The car is less than 2 years old. we were greeted and helped right away when I pulled in, very friendly. Richard took the time to explain tire options, features, and his personal opinions about which tires would be the best quality for price. always best to get the point of view from someone who has been in that business for a long time, very down to earth people and honest. highly recommend them! 5 stars all day!
Today I took my car to the dealer for service. They called to tell me I had a nail in one tire and it was so close to the edge that I'd probably need a new tire. They would try to patch it, but if it didn't work I'd have to purchase and new tire for $275!!! I call Spooners Tires and Richard told me to come in and he'd fix the tire for $35. I took my truck in for them to work on since I've been battling a tire wobble due to balancing since I bought the rims and tires over a year ago. These tires were supposed to be balanced a few weeks ago at another tire chain during a balance/rotation they were supposed to do. The gentleman in that back pulled me in the back and showed me that there is no way anyone balanced these tires a few weeks ago. I’ve used them for years on cars as new as my 2018 Corvette and F350 to my classic autos. This is the definition of independent shop with corporate understanding and product knowledge.
Great place to go.. Great prices and friendly staff.
By far the best tire shop in Pinellas county. Very straight forward and honest, prices are great, very helpful and always willing to work with you I recommend people all day long to come here and will continue to as long as they are in business
