Spooner PT is an outstanding organization. The staff is very professional, personable, and effective. Ashley Shallett, my therapist, was superb and effective. My right shoulder rotator cuff impingement was markedly improved with noticeably reduced pain and increased range of motion after only 4 sessions. Always very busy looks like a loud class room and they do not offer bottle of water, really??? In Arizona heat even banks offer water but they don't!!
I tried to make an appointment to see a therapist however when the guy who answered the call, Jason, asked what kind of insurance I had I told him it was United Healthcare, he took my name and then after a few minutes he told me I didn’t have any PT benefits so they could only see me on a cash pay basis. He never asked for any of my insurance ID information just said I didn’t have any benefits. Didn’t seem interested in a new patient at all.
