It breaks my heart to write this because Dr. Spooner is delightful, compassionate, and has helped me and my now-adult daughters navigate women's health from pre-menstruation to pregnancy and menopause for over 15 years. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this practice solely due to her office staff. In particular, Jean is simply awful. She is rude, inconsiderate, lacks even a shred of compassion, and needs to find a job where she does not interact with other humans.
Cannot say enough about Dr. Spooner! Not only is she caring, but she is informative, and she listens!! Run do not walk to her office!!
I’ve been trying to find a gynecologist that I can trust for years & Dr. Spooner is hands down the BEST. She is truly in another class altogether, really. The whole office experience was enjoyable from start to finish!!
