I run an assisted living home. We jave had trouble with our heat a couple times in couple weeks different issues. They were very prompt. Even on call came in middle of the night after calls all day. They get right to it and get it done. And afterwards they explained to me in great detail what happened. Thank you so much for your service.
Kevin has always responded quickly. He is able to quickly diagnose and resolved any issues I have had. He is honest, fair and reasonably priced. The negative reviews about Spoon River Mechanical is for a different company.
I will not go back to Spoon River Mechanical they're very shady on business practices and billing. You two different bills, two different dates. When they did all the work the same day.

Hot water heater went out. Kevin came right away and fixed the problem. Was very nice. And courteous. I will for sure call again if needed. Thanks again Kevin!!!
