Great dinner. Good wines. Wonderful service. Complimentary dessert. The owner Teresa came over to our table to talk to us. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended stop. Farm to table local cuisine. Well prepared. Will definitely go back.

We haven't even had the food yet and we already love Spoon River. The owner accommodated my boyfriend and I as we were trying to catch the Ocracoke ferry by expediting our carry out meal and even gave us a corkscrew to go with our wine for the ferry ride! Being in the restaurant business on the Obx, I totally appreciate amazing service like that! Thanks so much.
Food was excellent and the service staff were excellent. The food was of top quality and in surprisingly large portions. The wait staff came by often and were very attentive. Overall a great experience on one of the hardest days of the year for a brunch event - Easter. Well done!
