Highest distribution charges I have seen. Horrible provider. Can confirm what a previous review said about hounding you for payments just a few days after you get the bill and before the due date listed on the bill. STAY AWAY!
I am with Sponsor Energy since 2016! They have some of the best rates on the Alberta market. If I had problems understanding my bills or needed an extension with my bill they have always been very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. Their employees are local people, they don't outsource their call center to a foreign country like other big retailers do. I am very happy with the service I receive from Sponsor Energy that's the reason I am with the company for so many years.
I just received an ugly power bill. Urgh!! I called Sponsor , got their answering machine:(. Ten minutes later I got a call back. Ronnie, explained my invoice, empathized with me about high distribution fees and helped me with a payment plan. Thanks for your understanding and explanation Ronnie.
