I recently started to see them for my four boys. I absolutely fell in love with the staff and Dr Bruno. He made me feel very comfortable, my kids loved him and he took his time with us and answered ALL my questions thoroughly. I am so thankful that my sister referred me to this practice. They have a forever pt with us.
Were all first-time parents :) For us, we love the Js! I dont like how busy they are sometimes, but they have always taken time to give excellent care to my children.
I dont know about other peoples experience with her but mine was...She yelled at me on the phone for calling on Saturday. Our child needed medical advice and as a first-time parent, I needed to make sure. I am sorry I had to interrupt her weekend, but I dont think I deserved to be yelled at.
