Very intelligent staff and gave some much needed help to get home, without any expense. Love this guy and much cheaper than most bike stores nearby EDIT: They have moved to Roanoke, IN and still provide great service and help with me. Gave me information to track down my stollen bike although I have yet to find it.

Looks like a nice shop. Unfortunately I've never been able to find his door open during his posted business hours. Five times over a year and a half I have been there during his business hours, door was locked; no "Out to Lunch" sign or "be back in 10 minutes", just locked. On my fifth and final visit attempt and after having driven 45 minutes, I stood at his door, called and left a scathing voice message. As I walked across the street, he came out! I've gone to Spokesman on several occasions and have received great customer service! They have a ton of options for bikes in the store so it was really easy to find a perfect bike, and if you don't find what you need they can always order it. They have a certified mechanic that is a great help and excellent with repairs. Love the fact that it is local I would recommend it to everyone I know!
Awesome local shop! Provides great, fast service that is spot on. Staff is very knowledgeable on cycling and how to make it fun. Would recommend the shop to all my friends.
