I just wanted to mention how great it was to deal with Steven and Eric from Spoke O'Motion. I purchased a Kink BMX bike for my son about two weeks ago, and both Steven and Eric were both very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! They really did take their time to answer all of my questions, and not not once did I feel as if I was being a burden to them or taking up too much of their time. This shop is the rare combination of real bike knowledge and people who actually follow through. The staff are friendly and easygoing, but they’re also clearly passionate about bikes and know their craft. Service is excellent: turnaround is quick, and if something isn’t quite right they stay on it until it’s resolved instead of handing the problem back to you. These are friendly, honest, and caring people who know a lot about bikes and customer service. They fixed a broken spoke on my e-bike and got the back wheel in great shape so I could get back to riding. Their customer-centric approach fixed my issues on a Saturday morning within 30 minutes - No appointment necessary. I had amazing service when I purchased my bike, The advice I got was real and not to secure a sale. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue they dealt with it quickly and responsibly
(Zero Stars 0) Got them to do work on my bike and never even tightened that crank all the way and head set we're trying to charge me bring it back and finish the job properly when I called them the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude not at all had customer service experience clearly because you don't talk to customers that way I will never ever go back there again they lost my business and I'll make sure friends and family won't go there either So do yourself a favor stay away
