I am very impressed with this place. I had a wobble in the front wheel on my e-bike. I brought it to their store and he put it on the truing stand right away and made the most adjustments he could without compromising the wheel integrity. Then said it was ‘no charge’. They will get all my future business!

This shop is top-notch. Service and sales are outstanding, and they’ll take the time to help you whether you’re making a big purchase, or just in for something small. Speaking from experience, I’m an e-bike rider using it mainly for transportation. Myles took the time to help with a minor ticket item/install, and my bike is a brand that they don’t even carry. So, this is by far the best customer service you can find. Remember when you would go to a business and they actually wanted to help! Yeah, this place still has that level of service! Everybody who comes through that door gets the same level of attention (my observations only) and every employee is involved. Its actually crazy. You just don’t see that level of service anywhere!
