So, this is by far the best customer service you can find. Remember when you would go to a business and they actually wanted to help! Yeah, this place still has that level of service! Everybody who comes through that door gets the same level of attention (my observations only) and every employee is involved. Its actually crazy. You just don’t see that level of service anywhere! Just purchased an e bike from them and couldn’t be more satisfied. All the staff were incredible as far as customer service and knowledge of the product. Great pricing and so helpful. They even adjusted our bike rack/hitch to ensure safety. At no cost! Looking for a bike or service for your bike… please give them a try! You won’t be disappointed. Even other customers there were pleased with the service!
Myles Cullen is awesome. My time there this morning was an experience. He is an awesome people person but his focus was all about my son's bike . My son had a flat tire on his ebike on the way to work last night. I picked him up and took him to work for his overnight shift. Early this morning I picked up my son and brought him home. I waited until Spoke O'Motion was open and brought the bike in to get fixed. I really appreciate that even though his shop was busy, Myles had time to fix my son's flat tire. I have been dealing with Spoke O'Motion for the past 10 years and have had an enjoyable time with each interaction with the staff there. They have helped with bike purchasing decisions and everyone has been helpful and informative with part and upgrade information. The bikes brands are great and they can work within all budgets. They will also tell you when you don't need something rather than sell you a part that you will regret later. Awesome shop to deal with!
