Great Store My brother, his friend and I have been searching around Spokane for some good deals on some good bikes. When we visited spoke n sport we found great customer service that helped us find bikes that fit our needs. We were all on a budget so they also found bikes that were in our price range. Also the service after you buy a bike here is the best in town. Other stores only allowed one revisit for tune ups. Class "AAA" customer service I went to Spoke N Sport looking for accessories for my bikes. Found the inventory to be first class. The staff was friendly and knowledgeble. After purchasing my accs the staff offered to install them at no charge. This is NOT a gratuitous compliment. They earned it! Update 05/29/2012. Still my bike shop of choice. Went there again yesterday and received great service and access to a great inventory of accs. Thanks guys !!!
GREAT bike shop I went in here to get an old bike (20 yrs old) tuned up. While I'm not super knowledgeable about bikes, and don't have the fanciest ride around, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They talked me through everything I'd need to know without making me feel silly, and encouraged me to browse around the store -- plus they didn't once try to pressure me into buying anything. I love this place and will definitely be back in the future.
Good bike shop. Iâve purchased 3 bikes since moving to Spokane and two have been from Spoke N Sport. They carry mostly Giant, which means they have solid bikes from entry level to top of the line, and Giant always offers more bang for the buck than most other manufactures. For the most part, the prices on the tags are MSRP like the other Giant dealer in town. Great repairs I have a weird, special bike, and have had some excellent repairs from Spoke n Sport. Their prices are reasonable and they've been very ethical with me. For example, I've had my bike overhauled several different places over the years, and they're the only shop that has charged less because my front hub doesn't need overhauling (I've had a Phil Wood hub on that for 8 years). All about the money !!! I have been a cyclist most of my life and have had experience with all of the shops in Spokane. I can tell you that Spoke-N-Sport is a shop that I will never go into again. Rob and his brother do treat people "less than good". In my experiences with them, they walk away from you and hide in the back if you are not willing to throw down any money as soon as you walk in the door. Spoke N Sport Rocks!!!!! Spoke N Sport is the best bicycle store i have ever been to!!! They have great customer service and are very friendly. If you are looking for a bicycle go there.
Great bike shop I have been commuting down town to work for 3+ years now year round- rain, snow or shine. This is a great place to drop your bike off for tune-ups etc... Then pick it back up after work to ride home. Always had reliable service, priced right. I don't own a Giant, a Diamond back, but they still work on it no problem. I've bought some great "de-fenders" for my mountain bike, gloves, hybrid tires, lights, great bike helmet, have a yearly tune up and new brake pads etc... You should check it out.
