Great service with transparent communication. You can tell Hawk cares about the service he provides. He went above and beyond for both my road bike and my mountain bike.
Spoke Haven is an awesome shop, Hawk and his staff do great work and always take excellent care of my bike. Everyone that works here is passionate about bikes and happy to help with any issues. Hawk not only is a great mechanic but can clean your bike with such detail that he will make it look brand new. Would highly recommend this shop!

Hawk at Spoke Haven was a blast to deal with. We were travelling and were trying to avoid any down time with our mtb plans. Hawk squeezed us in last minute and took great care with the repair. And despite his tight schedule, he made time to teach us some advanced bike maintenance. Compare this to a well known bike shop with multiple locations in Vancouver that couldn’t even be bothered to call us back. Highly recommend Spoke Haven without hesitation!!
