Hawk & co was very fast at addressing my problem and provided me with reasonable options. It's a honest team!
We were visiting Squamish and had a bike issue. Hawk took our bike without an appointment and fixed it within a few hours. The service was impeccable and the price was very fair. We appreciated Hawk so much! Would recommend.
Very good experience here. Hawk is eager to communicate and talk you through what he is planning to do, get your opinion, and cater to exactly what you want. Very good service, good atmosphere, feels like a small-town bike shop. Quite different from some of the shops in town where you are just a number. Reasonable price and willing to work with you on what equipment you want or what repair you need. I discovered Spoke Haven on a fellow rider’s recommendation. It’s fantastic that I now have a local bike shop I am fully happy with. Hawk goes above and beyond working on my Pinarello F10. He is passionate about bikes, provides great service at a reasonable price. Hawk patiently explains what the work involves, how long it would take and cost.
