I called to ask if they had a bike wash and they were prompt to let me know they did and I was free to use it whenever I needed. Then I needed help taking my stubborn peddles off and he kindly worked his magic and took them off. Kind and helpful, great shop I’d highly recommend.
Can't say enough good things about this bike shop. We flew into town and unpacked our bike bags only to find out that TSA had lost a bracket off our brake caliper. They gave us the replacement part and even kept an eye on my backpack with my passport in it when I went off and left it at the shop! Friendly service at a reasonable price.
Great service with transparent communication. You can tell Hawk cares about the service he provides. He went above and beyond for both my road bike and my mountain bike.
