I was a "ride in" today for a broken brake cable on my Specialized bike. Anson and the team were so nice and helped me right then. Got a new cable installed and Anson fixed up the front brake too and noticed my front tire was also loose, yikes! Super glad to have brought it in and have all the safety work done properly. Super nice folks and great service, good prices too. They also have sweet Pivot mountain bikes for sale too. Been wanting one of those for a while. Thanks again guys! Glad to have my bike fixed up and safe!
One feels the positive culture of Spoke Easy SF - defined by a love for bikes and how riders feel on a well tuned bike whether hauling kids or racing up Hawk Hill - in each interaction with the Spoke Easy team. Their bikes are top quality (Specialized, Pinarello, etc.) and when the perfect accessory was not immediately available Spoke Easy SF helped me find it.
I did not have a good service experience here. I had an estimate written in December for a brake replacement. The service writer told me that they had the parts in stock. I came back a few weeks later to schedule an appointment, and asked if I could expect to get the bike back in a 1 or two days and was told yes. I also again confirmed that they had the correct parts in stock for the work. No work was done on my 5 days, and it was only worked on after I called and visited multiple times and was even "bumped up the queue." At... read more
Edit for September 2024: This remains the only shop I will take my bike to for service. I had yet another great experience today and cannot speak highly enough about everybody. Really nice staff all around. Particularly the mechanics, I always have good experiences bringing my bike in. Can't recommend this shop enough, an all around great option.
