I had such a great experience with this shop! I brought in a new-to-me bike on very short notice before a weekend cycling trip, and they went above and beyond to help me get it ready. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and patient, and never once condescending, which I’ve unfortunately experienced at other bike shops. Helpful and friendly staff, but odd pricing. Provided helpful advice to beginner. Bought inexpensive front light, buy rear light elsewhere or wait 2-3 weeks for order, as shop doesn’t sell in sets. Basic tune up cost $60+ extra compared with nearby bike shops, and cleaning service costs extra. You should expect to pay the rich neighborhood price increase for any bike services done here.
