came to get brand new skis mounted last fall, where I was repeatedly assured they could mount no problem without the jig. unfortunately one binding got mounted approx 2 (TWO!) inches forward and had to be redrilled. I get it, shit happens. but the handling of it... the tech actually told me it was because he got "distracted by a customer" during the mounting process. they originally were not going to charge me for the mounting and provide 3 free waxes - mind you they waxed the brand new skis at the time of mounting and there... read more
After having an awful experience with my last ski boots sales elsewhere, I couldn’t recommend the Spoke Team enough. Zoe was kind, knowledgeable and thorough, just wearing my boots in the shop was a big difference fit and pain wise. I look forward to a comfortable experience in my new ones, and having the Spoke team there in the future for anything I need!
I'd give 10 out for 5 stars if I could. I have a lot of various issues with my feet, and have never had as good a boot fitting experience as I did with Zoey here. She listened and problem solved with me, and was solution instead of sale oriented. I can't say enough good about my experience and I love my new ski boots!
I never do reviews, honestly. Whatever you are paying Brandon, it's not enough. Super knowledgeable and made dropping cash on new boots a pleasure. Cheers 🙏
