I'd give 10 out for 5 stars if I could. I have a lot of various issues with my feet, and have never had as good a boot fitting experience as I did with Zoey here. She listened and problem solved with me, and was solution instead of sale oriented. I can't say enough good about my experience and I love my new ski boots!
I never do reviews, honestly. Whatever you are paying Brandon, it's not enough. Super knowledgeable and made dropping cash on new boots a pleasure. Cheers 🙏
Excellent service and outstanding staff
Really nice sales person in the store. Decided on the bike I wanted, but found it online for almost $787.00 cheaper with free delivery. I want to thank Spoke management for not offering a few dollars off. Instead it was a flat out no. I went to Kelowna found an even better deal and bought an e-mountain bike there. So much for supporting local.
Nothing wrong with the store, but wouldn’t recommend to get your bike serviced here. Had my wheel there to rebuild… first time I got it back with a damaged rim, second time I had spokes falling out after a couple rides. After another shop had their hands on it, I finally had a strong wheel. Really disappointing experience… definitely the last time I had my bike at Spoke
