I’ve been to two events so far and I loved both. I always came out feeling good and positive. The people are so welcoming, inspiring and overall a safe environment to feel vulnerable and talk about openly with people without fear of judgment. I highly recommend!
I LOVE Spoke and the many wonderful experiences I’ve had in the support circles there. Especially in these pandemic times, it’s been so nice to connect with other people, feel heard and listen. The anonymity of airing deeply personal and raw thoughts to people I don’t know and might not ever see again is so helpful in healing and feeling more balanced.
