Totally delectable every. single. time. Cassie's cocktails are FIERCE: get the Coyote or Moscow Mule (off menu) and wash your blues away... Oh, and everything Chef John daSilva makes is pure heaven.
As an Italian living in Somerville and working in food tourism I'm very excited when I can learn something and/or be positively surprised by food and wine. This happens to me here at Spoke! Some examples? Farro risotto with chestnut and cured egg yolk is not only delicious but innovative and inspiring! Drinking a Vermentino from Corsica or Prosecco traditional method (Caneva da Nani) or lesser-known Verduno Pelaverga or Boca wines is to me an educational experience that I hope the customers appreciate as much as I do.
