Have used Spokane Wireless several times to repair my kids phones. I have always found them t be highly skilled and fairly priced. I have managed to keep 3 old Samsung S5 phones in service because Mark and his techs can always fix what my kids break!
I got double charged by them and so my credit disputed it. The half owner calls me and leaves me a rude message. Not going to say her name but I don’t appreciate it. I called last month to try and resolve and no one could give me an answer. I asked if I could send them a picture “cell phone” and they said they cannot resolve the issue. Even I ask to FAX. I have been with Spokane Wireless for 6 years. Service has been good until the last 2 years. But talking with a service representative who chose to argue with me in a heated and insulting manner was enough! I choose not to yelled at so I have moved on to a business which I am treated with respect.
Came in with a broken screen, walked out with a broken front camera and speakers. Mark was extremely rude, and couldn’t seem to understand why I might be upset. Did give me 40 bucks back for the screen repair....but that was 40 off of 169.00. Then said “here go buy some hamburgers at dicks” when returning the money. Another lady in there had same problem. Her speaker didn’t work either after just bringing it in for a screen repair.
NEVER TAKE YOUR PHONE TO Spokane Wireless I took my phone to get a cracked screen fixed they said it would be a hour and I come back my front camera is broken, they say it’ll be another hour or two, I come back the cameras fixed but now the speaker isn’t working & I can’t hear when people call me. They say okay another 30 minutes. 5 hours later they say my front camera & my speakers aren’t working.
