My senior kitty became incontinent, so I knew it was time to put her down. I had never gone here but found out they were one of very few open on the weekends, so I called. They fit me in within a couple of hours and were so compassionate with my kitty and with me. Then they mailed me a card signed by the staff. It was very touching. A touch of tenderness during a difficult time goes a long way. Thank you!!
Dr Fricki & team are amazing! I brought my 11 yo standard poodle in 1/7/21, she had a mammory tumor and had her teeth done at the same time, the staff is amazing, thoroughly explained everything, plus they are so loving. It is curbside service but I totally trust this team. I have been going there for about 6 years now, I did used to work there, so I do know first hand the compassion and professionalism they have.
Time after time they went above and beyond. Last Sunday we had to put our boy down. They were incredibly compassionate and understanding. I will go here for all my pets needs as long as they stay open. 10/10.
Please, if you love your animal here, do not bring them here. I was forced to put my cat down not long ago. She was 18, and her body had finally given up. It was time. I started calling around, and realized that because of Covid, I was going to have a hard time finding someone willing to let me go back with her. I've had her since I was 12 years old. Wonderful place, wonderful staff. Very compassionate and caring. We had a very sick puppy and they all went above and beyond to take care of our sweet girl Neena. 💕

When our furbaby, Faith, was hit by a car and sustained 2 broken legs we took her to a different vet. After being given ridiculously high prices and condescending attitudes at the other clinic, we were able to take our baby Faith in to resplint her legs. The price was very resonable and they were able to work with us to come up with a care plan for her. They put her care first and our minds at ease. We will be using them from now on. Thank You SVAH!
