If you don't care about quality care than go here... Example, the first doctor looks in my left ear and says I must have punctured it because it isn't there, he brings in another doctor and yep it isn't there....They tell me to go to a specialist. I figure I can hear fine really, but they are the doctors, so I go and pay extra money and time, they guy looks in my ear and says "it looks great".
