Great service
Quick service, a bit high on pricing then other shops. Biggest complaint and I know automotive is messy but take care of your customers cars, don't get it dirty. I have a white car so it shows everything, I had grease on my door handle, grease on my steering wheel. Lucky they didn't touch anything else or there would be grease on it. The sticker they put inside to remind when to get an oil change again, I can't even read it. Come on that's just lazy. Only 1 employee was wearing a mask or gloves. Really friendly staff! went for a oil change and tire rotation and left with some loose lug nuts that were partially stripped during my tire rotation and ended up having to go somewhere else to get new lug nuts when they came off 45 miles later which could have ended worse had I not noticed them fly off.
I followed their sign that said they had $25 oil changes. They refused to honor their sign that is right outside of their establishment and their coupon where I found their advertisement. Rude and manipulative behavior. Not professional. Added on services to my bill that were never done!
Great group of employees. Did not try to upsale on non conventional oil ( basic oil change ) will only go here now.. Topped off fluids and clean windshield. All for no added charges. Cost me round 33 dollars after taxes for a V8 5.4 liter truck
