No follow up when I had a procedure with radiology. I was not given an option to go to radiology, I had to research that myself and ask for a referral multiple times. On a separate incident, I had precancer that requires yearly checks. The office just stopped giving me reminders to make an appointment for no apparent reason. And I don't care about your condescending response, like you have done for the other reviews.
Dr. Elizabeth Newell is the absolute best doctor I have ever been too! She is kind and caring and truly listens to you. I cannot recommend her enough!
It took three months to get an appointment with Dr. Reuter. I asked him how much time we had for the appointment, and he said 10-15 minutes because he serves 30 patients every day. I said, "Cool, then I won't hold back". I started spewing symptoms and questions about my issues. He said I was confrontational. He never examined me, never asked questions. Sonographer was super short with me and wouldn’t answer basic questions. Asked the OB the same questions and she said she’d ask the sonographer.
