Ordered Electric Door lock after it came in they were 60 over What amazon wanted, I had noticed it wasn’t on my act but in my personal name once I brought it to Andrew the manager attention thinking this would fix it he said if it’s so much cheaper go there! (very confrontational) so I said ok. Once I did he called my # and said he closed my act that I have had there for 12yrs.

We were stuck in traffic and unable to make it before closing to pick up our hardware. The salesperson Charlie came to our rescue and went way above and beyond what was expected. We will definitely be repeat customers!
