Dr. Brockbank is amazing! I have been battling plantar fasciitis for over two years. I was given new prosthetic inserts from another physician and my condition worsened. After having no success with laser treatments or other types of stretching, I changed to Dr. Brockbank. He diagnosed my problem as bursitis and gave me an injection. Dr. Brockbank treated my son after having no luck with any other doctor in Spokane. Four trips to Seattle to see a foot doctor and seek help at the University of Washington proved fruitless also. We went to Dr. Brockbank and he made a diagnosis, did surgery, and my son was able to walk and live again with no pain. I have complete faith and trust in Dr. Brockbank.
Wait times are incredibly long regardless of whether you made an appointment or not. Twice my wife made an appointment with them the first time took well over an hour to be seen. This past time took 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The entire time when asking when we will be seen the receptionist blew us off and just replied with well we are busy.
