Horrible experience. Waited for more than a month for our follow-up appointment. Figured it would be a quick appointment, checked in 10 minutes before our assigned appointment time. While waiting we observed several people come in with later appointment times. Finally got called back, put us in the “surgery room” which was very cold and uncomfortable. Waited more and more.
