I'm actually an employee of Spokane Foot Clinic and I love it! They are an amazing employer with wonderful Doctors.
Had a toenail removed. Very friendly and caring to make sure your are comfortable and pain free. Great sense of humor too. When I told Dr Porter that life is like a roll of toilet paper, the closer you get to the end, the faster it gets. Him and his assistant busted up laughing as they never heard it put that way before. Good times with good people.
Horrible experience. Waited for more than a month for our follow-up appointment. Figured it would be a quick appointment, checked in 10 minutes before our assigned appointment time. While waiting we observed several people come in with later appointment times. Finally got called back, put us in the “surgery room” which was very cold and uncomfortable. Waited more and more. I've been to the clinic in the past for 3 different foot surgeries and just yesterday for a toenail removal. The staff and Dr were and always have been great!
The workers were very nice and personable..They explained everything really well.
I thought they were very friendly and professional. Loved Dr Katie Swanstrom she's wonderful.
My daughter and I have both been patients of Dr. Porter and his staff. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring. Would highly recommend them!
