Making things harder than they need to be seems to be a specialty. Allowing your bill pay vendor to screw up mortgage payments by arbitraily changing designated payees without permission. Allowing over $1700 in obviously fraudulent charges, (Nobody authorizes $1700 for magazine subscriptions!!) Telling members to go deal with a DIFFERENT company to have those fraudulent charges removed and credited.
