Spokane Federal Credit Union should remain Spokane Federal Credit Union. Members should have received a paper ballot regarding the proposed change! Members, not employees, should make the decision to change the name or not!

Love this place people are super helpful! Best bank ever. Love coming in and seeing all the smiles. It’s always very clean and they always have delicious coffee in the morning! One last thing they are amazing with children helping them start their accounts. I love the way they made it exciting for my daughter. ♥️
About 2 years ago we got a loan with the bank and the process was easy and done in a fairly good frame time. The employees are very welcoming.
I must say I’m extremely pleased by the service I received from Triumphant Foundation, my only contact was via e-mail messaging but the time frame for my loan was exceptional... It was an awesome package on a perfect budget, the service was extremely quick and the fact that he was honest enough to guide me on the most cost effective avenues I must say Kudos SIR... They care about their customers!
It pains me to have to give my favorite credit a subpar rating because they are usually top notch but my recent experience has been substandard. I insituted a balance transfer to another credit union and one week later it still has not been completed. I do not understand what could possibly take so long and my inquires have fallen on deaf ears. My hope is that they improve in this area because I have never had delays like this at other institutions.
I love my bank 😍. I had to wait at the shared branch for about 20 minutes or so to speak to a banker and they were busy that day. Because I waited, a worker have me a gift card for AMC movie theater. That's great customer service! I didn't expect anything as waiting is just a part of life, but it sure made my day!
