Told to arrive at 8:45am for a 9:45am procedure, hours later, still in the waiting room. Considering I havent eaten in days, or had any liquids for the last 12 hours, you'd think you would be treated with more respect. Not here! Go somewhere else.
Brought in family member for scheduled colonoscopy 20 minutes before 12:30 scheduled appointment. As of 2:45, they had not gone back for procedure. Evidently, the clinic is “backed up”, no pun intended, but after family member having to endure the system flush and no food intake, the tardiness, and obvious additional stress of the procedure seems rather discourteous. The staff is certainly pleasant enough, but obviously they overbook.
