LOVE his cheesecakes! They are so delicious, haven't had one yet that I didn't like, and if you like a little spice he has one of those too! Coconut one I wasn't sure about, but tried it and it's now one of my favorites!!! You can't go wrong with any one of his delicious cheesecakes!

Tried the New York and Raspberry - my entire family LOVED them! Thomas truly enjoys his craft and it shows. This is the highest quality cheesecake you can buy. Amazing and lucky to have them in Spokane!

Thomas soo friendly and the Cheese Cake is to die for:) Try them out!!! I believe he said 35 different flavor are available!!! I must try them all!!!!!
This is my new favorite place in Spokane! If you like cheesecake, you need to get two. Eat one, get one for your spouse. Shamefully but happily eat it in the car. Repeat the next day. Buy a gym membership.
