All the staff is helpful with a positive attitude
The entire staff was fantastic. Katie is amazing. Angel is awesome. But Dr. Jones is the most dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful doctor I’ve ever seen. Not thorough, doesn’t believe or listen to patient, and not inclined to problem solve. Would not recommend Dr. Jones. However, the rest of the staff is lovely.
The phone system is unacceptable. The office staff is nice when you call but getting through means having to wait on the line over 10 minutes. Last month I was on hold for over 45 min and just left the phone going when I drove to the Clarkston office and went inside to talk with the local staff. The call was still on hold and their local phone was not ringing. Not the quality we usually receive from Providence.
